Carol Plumridge at www.carolplumridgecoaching.com (“I”, “me”, “my”) takes your privacy very seriously and I will only use your personal information to administer your account to provide the product and services you have requested. I will only use information that is collected lawfully.

2. What information I collect
I ask you for certain personal data to provide you with the products or services you have requested. For instance, requests to receive communications, participate in events or coaching sessions. When you subscribe to my mailing list, I collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your subscription preference Monthly Newsletter only, or Monthly Newsletter + Coaching Insights and occasional information about courses and 121 coaching services
- The date and time you subscribed
- Your consent record (automatically logged by Mailchimp)
- Information is also collected automatically about your visit to my website. This information which includes browsing patterns is used in an aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you.
3. Why I collect this information
I use the information collected by www.carolplumridgecoaching.com or Mailchimp to:
- Provide you the best possible services.
- Process applications you have made
- Send you the newsletter and/or coaching insights you signed up for as well as occasional information about my coaching courses and 121 coaching services.
- Address you by your first name in emails
- Keep a record of your consent, as required by UK GDPR
Consent
When you consent, I will send you via email marketing communications and information about Carol Plumridge Coaching’s products, services and events.
You can opt out at any time after you have given consent. You can click the unsubscribe link on my emails. You can also contact me either via the contact link on my website or at my email address info@carolplumridgecoaching.com
4. Security
I am committed to make sure your personal information is securely held I have physical, electronic and manual procedures to safeguard your information.
I process your personal data based on your consent. You gave this consent when you ticked the consent box on my sign-up form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing (see Section 7 below). Or emailing me at info@carolplumridgecoaching.com.
5. Who I share your data with
Your data is stored and processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), my email marketing provider. Mailchimp is based in the United States and processes data in accordance with standard contractual clauses approved under UK GDPR.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. How long I keep your data
I will keep your data for as long as necessary to carry out the purpose set out in this privacy policy (unless a longer period is required by law). Or as long as you remain subscribed to my mailing list. If you unsubscribe, Mailchimp retains a record of your unsubscribe status to ensure I do not contact you again. You can request full deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
7. Your right to unsubscribe
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can click this at any time to stop receiving emails from me. This is free and takes effect immediately.
8. Ways your data is protected
All systems are password protected and professionally administered.
- I am the only person allowed access to your data.
- The computer that the information is stored on is kept secure both electronically and physically.
- I take every care to protect your data but data is never 100% secure.
- If my system is breached in any way before data is removed then data maybe revealed. This type of event is highly unlikely.
- I will not be held liable for any breach of security unless I have been proved negligent.

9. Your rights under UK GDPR
As a UK resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- In exceptional circumstances (if I am required to store your data for legal reasons) I will delete your data on request.
